Abu Dhabi, UAE – Khalifa University of Science and Technology has introduced a new Bachelor of Science program specializing in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The program aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to drive advancements in these rapidly evolving fields.

The interdisciplinary curriculum combines theoretical learning with hands-on experience, covering robotics, AI, computer science, engineering, and mathematics. Students will be exposed to cutting-edge technologies and real-world applications, preparing them for careers in a wide range of industries.

“We are thrilled to launch this program, which will empower students to address global challenges and develop innovative solutions in robotics and intelligent systems,” said Dr. Bayan Sharif, Provost of Khalifa University. “Our state-of-the-art facilities and world-class faculty will provide students with an exceptional learning experience.”

The program’s focus extends beyond theoretical knowledge to practical application. Students will engage in projects creating robotic and AI prototypes for industries such as manufacturing and hazardous environment exploration. Additionally, the program incorporates sustainability, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Khalifa University has invested in advanced robotics laboratories, providing students with hands-on experience in areas like robot navigation, sensing, and perception. The university’s commitment to research and development is evident in this new program, which aims to produce graduates capable of contributing to the UAE’s knowledge-based economy.

The Bachelor of Science in Robotics and AI is now open for enrollment.
