Cape Town – Dr. Naledi Pandor, the Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, engaged in a productive meeting yesterday with Mr. Ahmed Bin Abdulaziz Kattan, the Special Envoy of the Royal Court of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
