ECOWAS experts are currently gathered in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, for a key meeting from March 17 to 21, 2025, to review and validate the organisation’s updated IT policies and procedures.
Organised by the Directorate of IT Services of the ECOWAS Commission, the workshop aims to ensure that the new policies align with global best practices and address the ever-evolving demands of today’s digital landscape. Topics under review include the acceptable use of IT resources, security protocols, data management, legal compliance, and employee responsibilities within the organisation.
