The Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) is in talks with the State Housing Company (SHC) to strengthen collaboration and attract investment in the real estate sector.
GIPC CEO Simon Madjie recently met with SHC Managing Director John Sheriff Bawah to discuss ways to enhance investment missions and foster growth in the property market. Madjie pointed to strategic alliances as a crucial step toward attracting both local and foreign investors, driving infrastructure development, and creating sustainable housing solutions.
Bawah outlined ongoing plans to improve SHC’s property development services, assuring investors of the company’s reliability as Ghana’s primary state-owned developer. He also urged GIPC to tap into SHC’s expertise for any real estate-related initiatives.
