Maseru, Lesotho – King Letsie III of Lesotho appointed Mr. Ts’iu Khathibe as the country’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to Switzerland on March 7, 2025, at a ceremony held at the Royal Palace in Maseru. Khathibe takes over from Ambassador Thabang Matjama.
Mr. Khathibe has had a distinguished career, having worked with the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA) and the Lesotho Highlands Water Commission (LHWC). He also served as Deputy Chief Executive for the National Reforms Authority (NRA), where he is currently the Acting Chief Executive Officer.
