Ambassador Mesganu Arga, Ethiopia’s State Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with Angola’s Ambassador to Ethiopia, Miguel Cesar Domingos Bembe, today to discuss the nations’ growing bilateral relationship.
During the meeting, Ambassador Mesganu acknowledged Angola’s vital role in Africa’s development, particularly as the country assumes the rotating presidency of the African Union (AU). He emphasized the importance of Angola’s leadership in advancing the continent’s collective goals.
Ambassador Bembe reiterated Angola’s dedication to further strengthening its relationship with Ethiopia. The two officials also focused on preparations for the upcoming African Union Summit, agreeing to explore opportunities for deepening regional cooperation and ensuring the event’s success.
