Kenya and Germany Sign MoU for BPO Pilot Project

Berlin, Germany – Kenyan Foreign Affairs Minister Dr. Musalia Mudavadi joined President William Ruto in Berlin today for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) establishing a pilot Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) initiative between the Federal State of Hamburg and the Government of Kenya.

Facilitated by the Friedrich-Naumann-Foundation (FNF), this partnership marks a crucial step in bolstering economic cooperation and innovation between the two countries. The project will be implemented in one of Kenya’s counties, creating opportunities for mutual growth and collaboration.

The MoU was signed on behalf of Kenya by Permanent Secretary Roseline Njogu from the State Department for Diaspora Affairs, and on behalf of the Friedrich-Naumann-Foundation by Prof. Dr. Karl-Heinz Paqué.
