Accra, Ghana – The Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) has intensified efforts to attract Chinese investment into the country. The Centre’s Director of Investor Services, Edward Ashong-Lartey, recently engaged a group of Chinese CEOs to highlight Ghana’s investment potential.
The meeting, held during a roundtable organized by the China Europe International Business (CEIBS) School, provided a platform for Mr. Ashong-Lartey to showcase Ghana’s stable political climate, advanced trade logistics, skilled workforce, and improving infrastructure as key factors for business success.
The GIPC, mandated to draw both local and foreign investment, detailed its initiatives to support investors. Mr. Ashong-Lartey took questions from the Chinese business leaders, offering insights into the Ghanaian business environment.
