Venice, Italy (May 13, 2024) – The first day of the Formula E1 electric boat racing competition in Venice was a thrilling start for Team Drogba (Africa). Partnered by Afreximbank, Vistabank/Lilium Group, and the Didier Drogba Foundation, the team made a strong showing in the qualifying rounds, positioning themselves well for the final races.

Leading the Afreximbank delegation at the event is Mrs. Kanayo Awani, Executive Vice President of Intra-African Trade and Export Development.
