Dubai, UAE – His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the United Arab Emirates, has extended an official invitation to Macky Sall, the President of the Republic of Senegal, to attend the 28th Conference of Parties (COP28) to be held in Dubai Expo City this November.
The invitation was sent in a letter delivered by Sultan Ali Al Harbi, UAE Ambassador to the Republic of Senegal. The delivery of the message took place in the presence of Minister Omar Demba Ba, Diplomatic Advisor to the President of the Republic of Senegal.
