Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu congratulated South African President Cyril Ramaphosa on his re-election, urging for strengthened bilateral relations between the two countries. In a tweet, Tinubu praised the peaceful and successful conduct of South Africa’s general election, commending the South African people.

President Tinubu extended his best wishes for Ramaphosa’s upcoming term, emphasizing the importance of Nigeria and South Africa’s partnership in advancing the African continent.
