The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, expressed his confidence in the victory of the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, and his running mate, Kashim Shettima, in the upcoming presidential election on February 25. Sanwo-Olu shared this sentiment today after a successful final rally for Tinubu in Lagos State on Tuesday, which was attended by the outgoing President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), just a day before the Independent National Electoral Commission’s deadline for campaign activities.
In a post on his official Instagram account, Sanwo-Olu expressed gratitude to Lagosians for their overwhelming support and urged them to come out and vote on Saturday.
He encouraged them to consolidate their support for the APC and their presidential candidate, stating that with their support, he had no doubt that the APC would emerge victorious.
