The Prime Minister highlighted Canada’s esteemed reputation on the global stage, describing it as a nation that attracts individuals fleeing violence and persecution, while also attracting businesses that recognize its economic potential. Furthermore, Trudeau noted that world leaders look to Canada for guidance during times of crisis, emphasizing the country’s leadership in promoting democracy, freedom, and hope.

Happy Canada Day! Let’s take this opportunity to celebrate the vibrant, diverse country we’re so lucky to call home – and let’s keep working together to build a better future for everyone. https://t.co/jC7p0oHdSI pic.twitter.com/Jmos7oGCEi
