FNB Botswana is ramping up efforts to assist farmers and agribusinesses with financial solutions tailored to the sector’s needs. Agriculture remains a crucial part of Botswana’s economy, and the bank is working to provide targeted support to help businesses grow.

CEO Steven Lefentse Bogatsu recently visited Pandamatenga, one of Botswana’s key farming regions, to meet with farmers and understand their challenges. His visit focused on finding ways the bank can improve financial access through customized loans and digital banking tools.

With unpredictable weather and investment hurdles affecting the sector, FNB Botswana is looking at practical solutions to help farmers expand operations and manage financial risks more effectively.
