Lusaka, Zambia – Restless Development Zambia, a leading youth-led development organization, has partnered with The Healing Balm Foundation and the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) to enhance anti-corruption efforts in the country.

The collaboration focuses on building sustainable systems that can combat corruption effectively. During a recent meeting, ACC District Manager for the Southern Region, Mr. Shadunka, highlighted the importance of stakeholder collaboration in achieving this goal.

Mr. Shadunka and Ms. Maureen from The Healing Balm Foundation emphasized the crucial role of civil organizations in reporting corruption cases. They encouraged more organizations to take advantage of the whistleblowing protection policy to expedite investigations.

The ACC District Manager also acknowledged the significant role of traditional leaders in community sensitization and engagement. He stressed that they are essential starting points in educating communities about corruption.
