Ibadan, Nigeria – Anjola Olupitan, a skilled contortionist and yoga instructor, has achieved a remarkable feat by securing the Guinness World Record for the fastest 10-meter hand walk with his legs behind his head.
Olupitan completed the challenging walk in a stunning 12.52 seconds, shattering the previous record of 25.55 seconds set by Bonetics Art (Shaks) in 2023. This impressive time slices a massive 13.03 seconds off the prior mark.
The record-breaking attempt took place on February 24, 2024, at the Lekan Salami Stadium’s tennis court in Ibadan. A crowd of enthusiastic supporters cheered Olupitan on as he tackled the extraordinary challenge.
Olupitan’s achievement has garnered widespread admiration and cements his place among the world’s most exceptional contortionists.
