Abuja, Nigeria – A delegation of high-ranking Nigerian military officials recently visited Prague to explore solutions for boosting their nation’s food security. The trip, organized by the Czech Embassy in Nigeria under the leadership of Ambassador Zdeněk Krejčí, focused on learning from Czech agricultural practices and technologies.
The Nigerian delegation, comprised of future generals from the National Defence College, met with representatives from the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Agriculture. During their visit, they delved into strategies to enhance Nigeria’s agricultural sector and ensure a stable food supply.
Following the informative trip, Deputy Ambassador Hana Trousilova and Economic Diplomat Marie Nwanyanwu debriefed the delegation on May 2nd. The discussion, lasting over an hour, provided a valuable platform to analyze the gathered information and explore potential areas of collaboration between the two nations.
