On Tuesday in Abuja, President Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) unveiled two new facilities to combat terrorism and violent extremism: the National Counterterrorism Centre and the Office of the National Security Adviser.
The President emphasized that the state-of-the-art facilities would aid in addressing the country’s security challenges and serve as a legacy to support future administrations in coordinating national security and counterterrorism efforts.
