The New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) has stated that its presidential candidate, Musa Rabiu Kwankwaso, will not be dropping out of the race for any other candidate.

The party’s Presidential Campaign Council stated that recent reports suggesting Kwankwaso would step down were part of a “campaign of calumny” orchestrated by a certain political group.

The NNPP went on to accuse these individuals of being “jobbers” looking to sell expired ideas to the country.

The party’s Spokesperson, Ladipo Johnson, affirmed that Kwankwaso and the NNPP are continuing to campaign with the goal of winning the election, and that they have a clear strategic path to victory. He also stated that Kwankwaso has the ability and political will to lead Nigeria in the right direction.
