Oman’s Sultan Haitham bin Tariq is scheduled for a state visit to the United Arab Emirates on Monday, April 22nd. This visit aims to strengthen the longstanding ties between the two Gulf nations.
During his visit, Sultan Haitham will hold discussions with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The agenda includes strengthening the already robust “deep-rooted, historical, and fraternal relations” between the UAE and Oman. Cooperation in various fields to benefit both countries and their people is also expected to be a key topic.
The leaders will likely address regional and international issues of mutual concern as well.
