Eswatini Air, the young national airline of Eswatini, is celebrating its first anniversary with a renewed commitment to connecting the country to the world.
“We are immensely honored to witness Eswatini Air reaching this significant milestone,” said CEO Qiniso Dhlamini. “The journey has been challenging, but the professionalism and confidence of our staff, along with the unwavering support of our stakeholders, have been instrumental in our success.”
Dhlamini acknowledged the hurdles faced by a startup airline. “There were teething problems, as expected,” he admitted, “but the loyalty and patriotism of Eswatini helped us overcome them.”

Looking ahead, Eswatini Air plans to leverage the lessons learned in its first year to refine its strategy. “We will recalibrate our plans to ensure further value creation for our stakeholders and the airline’s sustainability,” Dhlamini explained.
The airline remains dedicated to its core mission: connecting Eswatini to the world, fostering regional ties within the Southern African Development Community (SADC), promoting tourism, and providing exceptional service that reflects the country’s warm hospitality.
“With your continued support,” Dhlamini concluded, “we are confident in achieving all of these goals and more.”pen_sparktunesharemore_vert
