Paramaribo, Suriname – ContactCare, a Dutch customer contact services company, marked its expansion into Suriname with the official opening of its new office in Paramaribo yesterday. This milestone signifies the culmination of a five-month journey that began with the company’s initial contact with the Dutch Embassy in June 2023.
The new office, poised to accommodate up to 50 employees, represents ContactCare’s commitment to providing high-quality customer contact solutions to Surinamese businesses. The company’s expertise spans a wide range of services, including inbound and outbound calls, email support, social media engagement, and chat support.

Ambassador Walter Oostelbos graced the opening ceremony, underscoring the significance of ContactCare’s entry into the Surinamese market. He expressed his confidence in the company’s ability to contribute to the local economy and create employment opportunities for Surinamese citizens.
Jasper Meerding and Romy de Roo, the driving forces behind ContactCare’s Surinamese venture, expressed their gratitude to the Dutch Embassy for its support throughout the establishment process.
