The Government of Korea has made a generous donation of Information Technology (IT) equipment to Ghana’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration in preparation for the 2023 United Nations Peacekeeping Ministerial Meeting. The donation includes 20 printers and 20 laptop computers.

Ambassador of Korea to Ghana, H.E. Mr. Jung-Taek Lim, commended Ghana for being the first country in Africa to host the conference and announced a further donation of approximately $1 million worth of IT products and vehicles to support the successful hosting of the meeting in December 2023.

Ghana’s Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Hon. Kwaku Ampratwum-Sarpong, expressed gratitude for Korea’s support and hoped that the IT equipment would facilitate the work of the Planning Committee and Secretariat to ensure a successful meeting.
