Wezizwe’s academic achievements are equally impressive, holding a Master’s degree in Social Science with a specialization in Industrial and Economic Sociology. Professionally, she is driven by the belief in the transformative role women and youth can play in Eswatini’s socioeconomic development, particularly through leadership in business and entrepreneurship. Upon completion of the highly esteemed Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Wezizwe plans to leverage the knowledge, exposure, and extensive network gained from the program to scale up her business. Additionally, she aims to create enhanced employment opportunities for women and youth in Eswatini, thereby fostering a sense of economic security within the community.
