Prime Minister Cleopas Sipho Dlamini of Eswatini has returned home from a successful working visit to the Republic of Korea. During his time in South Korea, the Prime Minister held a bilateral meeting with his counterpart, H.E Han Duck-Soo, where they discussed a range of issues including strengthening the existing relations between the two countries.

In addition to the bilateral meeting, the Prime Minister had the opportunity to tour Busan City and the Samsung Headquarters in Seoul, gaining valuable insight into the country’s culture, technology, and business practices. This visit is expected to strengthen the already strong ties between the two countries, particularly in the areas of trade, investment, and tourism.

Following his visit to South Korea, the Prime Minister proceeded to Malaysia for a business visit where he met with the Malaysian business community and toured the Corporation Berhad’s Smart Technology Park. This visit provided an opportunity for the Prime Minister to learn more about Malaysia’s economy and explore potential areas of collaboration between the two countries.

The Prime Minister’s visit to South Korea and Malaysia is expected to yield significant benefits for Eswatini. Strengthening ties with these two countries will open up new opportunities for trade and investment, while also promoting cultural exchange and cooperation in areas such as technology and innovation.
