Juba, May 14, 2024 (MFA&IC) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hon. Ramadan Mohammed Abdallah Goc, engaged in a productive session with Ma Qiang, the Chinese Head of Mission to South Sudan.
Ambassador Ruben Marial Benjamin, Director of China Affairs at the Ministry, conveyed that the discussions primarily centered on bolstering bilateral ties between the two nations.
Reaffirming the government’s stance, Minister Goc reiterated unwavering support for the one China policy, signaling South Sudan’s commitment to diplomatic alignment with China.
In reciprocation, H.E. Ma Qiang, the Chinese Ambassador to South Sudan, expressed his government’s readiness to collaborate closely with South Sudan.
