On May 17th, 2023, in Kigali, Clementine Mukeka, the Permanent Secretary, actively participated in the 10th National Security Symposium 2023, contributing valuable insights to the discussions centered around the theme ‘Migration and Brain Drain: Strategic Options for Africa.’ The symposium, attended by esteemed panelists, provided a platform to explore the challenges posed by migration and brain drain and identify strategic solutions for Africa’s sustainable development.
