Kenya’s Cabinet Secretary for Transport and Roads, Hon. Davis Chirchir, visited Accra on May 7, 2025, as President William Ruto’s Special Envoy to deliver a message to Ghana’s former President John Mahama.
Chirchir was joined by a high-level delegation, including Kenya Airways CEO Alan Kilavuka, Director General for Political and Diplomatic Affairs Amb. Eliphas Barine, and Acting High Commissioner Daniel Kotut.
The meeting focused on strengthening air transport links between Kenya and Ghana, with both sides discussing broader efforts to improve regional connectivity across Africa.
