A German delegation led by Benjamin Brake, Director General for Digital and Data Policy at the Bundesministerium für Digitales und Verkehr (BMDV), has arrived in Ghana to kickstart the Ghanaian-German Digital Dialogue. This initiative, agreed upon by both governments, aims to deepen collaboration in the digital sector.
During their visit, the delegation engaged with key stakeholders in Ghana’s digital landscape, including the Ministry of Communications and Digitalisation, the National Information Technology Agency, and the Bank of Ghana. Discussions focused on advancing digital cooperation and exploring opportunities for growth in the sector.
The International Digital Dialogue (IDD), an initiative of the BMDV, is being implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to foster international partnerships in digital development.
