Ethiopia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Gedion Timothewos, today met with Selma Malika Haddadi, the newly appointed Deputy Chairperson of the African Union Commission (AUC) and former Algerian Ambassador to Ethiopia.
Dr. Gedion took the opportunity to express his gratitude to Haddadi for her outstanding efforts in strengthening Ethiopia-Algeria relations during her tenure as Algeria’s Ambassador. He also wished her success in her new role at the African Union Commission, offering Ethiopia’s full support as she transitions into this important position.
