South Africa’s National Treasury is inviting investors to participate in a Global Investor Call (GIC) on February 19, 2025, following the tabling of the 2025 Budget Review. The call will be held at 16:00 SAST, and interested investors can submit their questions in advance through representatives from Goldman Sachs or Investec.
Dr. Duncan Pieterse, Director-General of the National Treasury, will lead the call, joined by senior officials. Due to South Africa’s role as Chair of the Finance Track for the G20 this year, no in-person meetings will be held domestically or internationally. The GIC will feature an open Q&A session, and investors are encouraged to submit questions beforehand.
