President Daniel Chapo of Mozambique met with CEOs of the country’s commercial banks in Maputo on Thursday. The meeting was also attended by the Governor of the Central Bank, Rogério Zandamela, and Minister of Economy, Carla Louveira.
The CEOs presented proposals aimed at boosting financing for the economy and expanding financial inclusion. The discussion covered topics such as improving access to credit for businesses and citizens, ensuring the financial sector’s stability, and implementing measures for sustainable economic growth.
