Lusaka, Zambia – Zambian President Hakainde Hichilema has extended a warm welcome to the newly appointed Chinese Ambassador, His Excellency Mr. Han Jing. The envoy presented his credentials to the Zambian government.

President Hichilema expressed delight at China’s choice of Ambassador Han Jing to represent the Asian giant in Zambia. He underscored the longstanding and robust relationship between the two nations, which dates back to the era of Zambia’s founding father, Dr. Kenneth Kaunda, and China’s Chairman Mao Zedong.
