Brooklyn, New York – Nigerian-born, Johannesburg-based musician DrFelix is set to ignite the stage at the prestigious International African Arts Festival in Brooklyn, New York. This marks DrFelix’s debut at the festival, and he’s calling on fans to join him on July 6th at 5.30 pm EST for an unforgettable performance.

A true multi-instrumentalist, DrFelix is a master of the trumpet, flugelhorn, saxophone, and songwriting. He honed his skills collaborating with legendary Nigerian artists like Dr. Victor Abimbola Olaiya and Femi Koya, leaving his mark on major South African festivals like the African Day Festival and the Sibonga annual event.

Leading his own Afrosoul Band, DrFelix has already released a critically acclaimed debut album, “AYANFE,” and is currently working on his highly anticipated sophomore effort. Beyond music, DrFelix is a familiar face in South Africa’s entertainment industry, having appeared in commercials for major brands like Samsung and Coca-Cola.
