Davido’s ‘Timeless’ tops Apple Music Chart in more than 17 Countries

Nigerian superstar Davido has done it again! His latest album “Timeless” has topped Apple Music charts in more than seventeen countries just days after its release.

The 17-track album sees the Nigerian superstar feature talents such as The Cavemen, Fave, Asake, Beninese-French singer-songwriter Angelique Kidjo, British-Nigerian rapper Skepta, South African music producer/DJ Musa Keys, and Jamaican dancehall/reggae singer Dexta Daps. The album has received positive reviews from fans and critics alike, with many praising its catchy beats and infectious melodies.

Davido, who has won numerous awards for his music, including the BET Award for Best International Act, expressed his gratitude on social media for the overwhelming support he has received for his latest project.

“I’m not sure what comes after this but I wanted to give you my heart, soul and energy. Today I present you “TIMELESS”. So many people to thank who helped make this happen but first, I must send a special thank you to the strongest woman I know, Chioma,” Davido said in a tweet.

According to reports, the album has topped Apple Music charts in the UK, UAE, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Qatar, Oman, Benin, Cameroon, Cyprus, Cote d’Ivoire, The Gambia, Ghana, Ireland, Liberia, Malawi, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria and Uganda. This is a testament to Davido’s growing popularity not only in Nigeria but also rest of the world.

Fans of the artist have taken to social media to express their excitement about the new album and congratulate Davido on his success. Many have described the album as a masterpiece and have praised the artist for his hard work and dedication to his craft.

With the release of “Timeless,” Davido has once again proven that he is one of the leading artists in the Nigerian music industry and is a force to be reckoned with in the global music scene
