Bode George, a former Deputy National Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has asserted his right to reside anywhere in the world of his choice. He made this statement while appearing on Channels Television’s Politics Today on Monday.

George stated that he could relocate to neighboring countries like Ghana, Cotonou in Benin Republic, and Lome in Togo if he is not satisfied with the incoming administration of President-Elect, Bola Tinubu.

He reiterated his intention to retire from partisan politics and lamented that President Muhammadu Buhari did not fulfil his promise to leave a legacy of free and fair elections. George affirmed that he is not concerned about himself but about the younger generation.
